1. How can I return an item?

ANS : At Laavibes , we are proud to offer a hassle-free exchange policy within UAE. If the customer is not 100% satisfied with his purchase from us he can return the product within 14 days from the date of delivery.


Customer needs to inform us about the item which he wishes to return through anyone of the below options

We will inform our courier to pick up the item from his doorstep within 2 working days

Customer’s credit will reflect back automatically 48 hours after the item is collected back.

The customer can use his/her credit to order the same item in a different size or just to order any other item he would like.


1- Return/Exchange can only be made within 14 days from the date of delivery.

2- Item should be in a good condition and not used along with the original tag.

3- It should also be in the same brand box you received

4- Shipping charges are applicable for the returns and exchanges


2. If I’m not happy with my order, do I get a refund and get my money back?

For COD (Cash on Delivery) orders will have its refund through Laavibes /Aspire Middle East LLC  credit note /coupon

3. What payment methods do you accept?

At the moment we accept only Cash on Delivery option in UAE

4. Does the Laavibes /Aspire credit note/coupon have any expiry period?

Your Laavibes /Aspire credit note/coupon doesn’t have an expiry date. It will remain in your account and you can use it whenever you want to make a purchase with us


5. Can I use discount coupons while purchasing using Laavibes /Aspire credit note/coupon?

You can use a discount voucher in the ‘Coupon’ field and choose to pay COD

6. How can I place an order at Laavibes ?

Kindly follow the steps below to place an order:


Visit us on and select the items you like, select your preferred size and quantity and finally go to ‘Add to Cart’

Choose between ‘Continue Shopping’ if you would like to add more items or ‘Proceed to secure checkout’


If you wish to continue as a guest, please enter your email address to proceed

If you are a returning customer, please enter your Login details to proceed

If you are a new customer, register here with your contact details

Choose your delivery address to proceed

Choose your desired payment method and go to ‘Buy Now’. 


7. Why do I have to verify my phone number?

We request verification of your phone number for the security of the account. Also, the courier will use this number to call you before delivery to ensure we deliver to the right person and on time

8. The item I want is out of stock. What do I do?

Although we try to have a stock level that will keep up with expected demand, certain items that are highly popular can sometimes run out of stock. Unfortunately we will not be able to provide timelines for when a specific item will be available again. As stocks continuously change and new products are always being added, please continue to check in to see if we have restocked your desired item or another style like it

9. Why login and what does it mean?

It is very important for you to have an account and login in order to have full access at Laavibes . For convenience and security reasons, we need to know your account details in order to allow you to shop with us.

Currently LaaVibes covers the India and UAE. Delivery Charges will be applicable depends up on the location

15. What is the delivery time for the orders in UAE?

The time for shipment in our website is around 7 to 10 working days however, we will put our best effort to expediate the delivery.

This is an indicative and approximate value so at times due to situation beyond our control delay may occur. However, we are not liable for any delay in delivering your order or any part of it so we appeal that no refund, replacement or exchange of product may happen on these grounds.
